It is a catch all for materials that are thought of as non-recyclable, however, that isn’t always the case. We sort the waste, identifying recyclable materials and processing them accordingly. This ensures that we are contributing to Bristol’s increasing recycling rates as much as we can.

A tailored experience

Once you have ordered your containers through our support team, our experienced service teams will deliver on a day that suits you. They will pick it up at a frequency that fulfils your requirements. Options include but are not limited to, daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly collections. We can tailor this collection further if you have special requirements – it is entirely customisable!

Your general waste is collected using our environmentally friendly vehicles and returned to our Transfer Station for sorting before forwarding to our network of local re-processors. This can include Energy For Waste to generate electricity.
