Applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage or civil partnership status.

Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion
It is hugely important to us that our organisation reflects the diversity of our community, service users and partners. Bristol Waste Company is committed to targeting these groups during our recruitment process and welcome candidates who can contribute greater diversity of representation at all levels of our business. Our Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion working group aim to form initiatives across the company to tackle this underrepresentation.
