Who we are

Bristol Waste Company is responsible for refuse and recycling collection, street cleansing and waste disposal for the people of Bristol. We also run the city’s two Household Waste Recycling Centres plus a growing Commercial waste business.

We are an enthusiastic, forward-thinking company with an ambitious vision for Bristol. A key part of this is the clear need to influence behavioural change in the city with regard to waste, recycling and litter, and to involve and empower citizens, community groups and businesses, so that, together, we can make Bristol a cleaner and greener place that wastes nothing.
