Our Reuse Shops
We have 3 Reuse Shops in Bristol, open from 9.30am to 3.30pm five days a week
The Reuse Shops are located at our busy household reuse and recycling centres.
Each shop is open on the days when the recycling centre is open.

Visiting our Reuse Shops
Avonmouth Reuse Shop

Look out for the Reuse Shop sign when you come down the lane towards the Avonmouth site.
Take the first left to enter the car park for the Reuse Shop (before the entrance to the recycling centre).
If you are donating items, drop-off points are in the household reuse and recycling centre, so you will need to book a slot.
Please note that you cannot access the recycling centre from the Reuse Shop, so if you are visiting both, you may choose to use the household reuse and recycling centre first.
Hartcliffe Way Reuse Shop

Enter the recycling centre as normal and take the first right to visit the Reuse Shop.
Donations can be brought directly to the Reuse Shop during its opening hours.
For donations of clothing, books, spectacles, mobility aids and unwanted IT equipment, you will need to make a booking to access the reuse donation area.
You can book a bike trailer from Hartcliffe Way to transport your waste and recycling to the site.
St Philip's Reuse Shop

Opening times: Mon, Tues, Weds, Sat, Sun: 9.30am to 3.30pm
Donations: Booking essential
Shopping: Booking essential, card payments only
The Reuse Shop is located within the household reuse and recycling centre (in St Philips).
For safety reasons, visitors can only arrive in a vehicle or by bike; pedestrians will be unable to access the shop.
To visit the shop or donate items, you will need to make a booking.

Buy a used bike
We are literally re-cycling! We sell serviced and checked bikes that are ready to ride at our Avonmouth household reuse and recycling centre.
Our second-hand bicycles are also ideal for spares and repairs.
Collect your compost
Make your garden bloom using garden waste from other people’s cuttings and complete Bristol’s green garden circle economy.
Our compost is a great soil improver and can be brought by the tonne or as much as you can carry!
We can deliver larger volumes if required. Discounts are available for multiple loads.
We sell on eBay
Occasionally, we get some very technical unwanted IT equipment donated to us.
Our IT technicians wipe, test and re-sell these items through our eBay shop.
Profits from the sale of these items get reinvested back into the services we provide for Bristol.
Payments
We accept cash and card payments at all our Reuse Shops, except St Philip’s Reuse Shop, where we are currently only able to take card payments.
