The Waste Nothing Challenge is an email campaign run by Bristol Waste Company. Subscribers have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw on Instagram to win 4 veg boxes (1 per week for 4 weeks) from The Community Farm.

Entry to the prize draw to win will be open between 3 October 2023 and midnight on 3 November 2023.

To enter the Free Prize Draw, participants must:

• be based in the UK
• be signed up to receive the Waste Nothing Challenge emails
• be following @BristolWasteCompany on Instagram
• comment on the prize draw announcement post.

By choosing to enter the Free Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: Entry is open to UK residents only. Entrants must sign up for the Waste Nothing Challenge, be following @BristolWasteCompany on Instagram and comment on the prize draw announcement post.

Entry Restrictions: Each email address is limited to one entry for the Free Prize Draw. Individuals who have won previous Waste Nothing Challenge Instagram prize draws are not eligible to participate in this draw. Employees of Bristol Waste Company are excluded from entering the draw.

Entry Period: The closing date for entries will be midnight on 3 November 2023. After this date, no further entries to the Free Prize Draw will be permitted. Bristol Waste Company assumes no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.

Selection Process: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

Prizes: The prize consists of 4 veg boxes (1 per week for 4 weeks) from The Community Farm. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The prizes are subject to availability, and Bristol Waste Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Notification of Winners: Bristol Waste Company will notify the winner within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Bristol Waste Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Decision: Bristol Waste Company’s decisions concerning all matters related to this Free Prize Draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Jurisdiction: The Free Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Publicity: The winner agrees to have their name published on a winners list on Bristol Waste Company’s website.

Data Protection: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Information Provider: Entrants are providing their information to Bristol Waste Company and not to any other party. The provided information will be used in line with the Privacy Policy available at www.bristolwastecompany.co.uk/privacy-policy.
