Kerbside collection updates

We appreciate residents’ patience as our crews have worked hard to catch up after last week.

Due to an issue preventing our trucks from gaining access, we have been unable to collect recycling from 1 road today. We will attempt collection for these again tomorrow, please leave your bins and recycling containers out.

To help our crews access your street, please park your vehicles with enough room for our trucks to get through.

If your road has been missed but is not listed, please report it using the Bristol City Council form below. 

Reports must be made after 5pm on the day your collection was due and before 5pm the next working day. For Friday collections, the next working day for reporting is Monday.
