Our IT Disposal process
Equipment assessment
Our technicians assess your unwanted IT equipment to determine the best disposal method. Depending on the type and quantity, collection may be free or involve a minor charge.
Collection and transport
Our DBS-checked team will arrange to collect your equipment and then securely transport it to our IT disposal facility.
Secure asset management
From collection to final processing, we track and log your assets at every step, providing an auditable certificate of destruction for your records should you require one.

We adhere to strict GDPR, ISO 27001, and BS EN 15713 standards and use industry-leading digital and physical destruction methods to ensure that once your data is deleted, it is completely unrecoverable.

We ensure responsible processing through three key pathways:
- Device donation: We donate working IT equipment to communities through our Digital Inclusion Scheme – helping bridge the digital divide.
- Reuse and Resale: Devices suitable for reuse are wiped, tested, and sold via our Reuse Shops and online platforms, with 25% percentage of the items donated through our Digital Inclusion Scheme.
- Recycling Components: Non-working technology is dismantled and responsibly recycled in line with WEEE regulations, ensuring that no harmful chemicals or components end up in landfills.
